okay. supposed to go Bugis Street with Siti & Chen Yu yesterday. but it was raining so heavily at Siti's place that she postponed it to today instead. well, it's raining SO heavily at my place now. i really hope it's not raining in the afternoon later. so that we 3 can go shopping!!! yeahh. haha.

anyways, since we didn't go out yesterday, i decided to bake at da last minute! I miss baking! really... haha. it's been MONTHS since i last baked!!! luckily, my mum just bought the ingredients the day before. soooooooooo........................

I decided to bake Vanilla Cupcakes!!! but i didn't take any pics though. haha. wanna know why?? LOL. u guys don't wanna know why rite.... hahaha... ok. maybe u do. hahaha. the vanilla cupcakes were all ready EXCEPT that i have a problem making the frosting!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA. what happened was i stirred & stirred & stirred & stirred the white eggs, thinking that that's not the texture that we are supposed to have when making the frosting.... when ACTUALLY, maybe somewhere in the middle of stirring it, the texture had already been reached!!! hahaha. coz when i kept on stirring, the 'spongy' effect thing became smaller & smaller till only a lil bit left!!! & then, all of it became liquid again & the colour changed!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha. so in the end, i decided to give up coz i wanted to watch Hikmah!! hahaha.

i think i'll make Vanilla Cupcakes again some other day k... hope that this time, the frosting is successful!!! hahahahahahahhaaaaaaaaa.............
